The BA and BF Falcon introduced a completely new V8 power plant, displacing 5.4L, and based on the US modular V8 engine series. The Barra version of this motor produced 220kw, however this is a figure that can be improved by fitting a Manta Performance exhaust system, as the stock exhaust system is largely quite restrictive. The Manta exhaust helps unleash greater peak power and torque, while also improving low-down responsiveness. It also brings out a deep, rumbling V8 note, enhancing your driving experience, making the car sound like it really should! There are a number of options, depending on your budget and requirements. The single 3″ system is an ideal replacement for your factory exhaust system, giving improved flow and better sound, while the 2.5″ dual system steps it up a notch with a deeper, throatier tone. For the ultimate in performance and sound, the 3″ dual system can’t be beaten, being the only true dual 3″ all the way through available for the V8 Falcon. For maximum longevity, our stainless steel systems are warranted for 10 years, and generally last the life of the vehicle, while our aluminised steel systems are warranted for 2 years, and represent great value for money.
